Bands

Well! Hasn't this last week been eventful? I believe so. Not just for met either! My brother, who, as we all know, is still in Darwin (sniff) has just informed me that he is in a band. Now, this may not seem at all weird to people that don't know my brother, but, for those that do, don't feel bad... I laughed too! Just for the peopel that don't know him... Robert is a PHYSICAL type of person. Excellent at every sport that he tries. But, lets face it, I got all the musical talent genes in this family. And, to make matters worse, he is the singer. Now I KNOW that a few of you have been throught the TORTURE of being in his car, and being subjected to the horrid noise that he calls singing. Anyway, good luck to him! Just a side note, he was approached by some modeling agency chick, and is now getting at LEAST $90 p/hour AND he gets to keep the clothes. BASTARD!

Also on the musical front, some of my new friends down here (Rhys, Ness, Heath) and 1 of their friends from Newcastle are in a band. They are called Morticia & The Zombies. Anyway, they have a drumer now. His name is Johnathan Devoy, and he is the vocalist from JERK! OH EM GEE! That is so goddamn cool. Rhys is so happy too! It's rather cute. Tarra has jumped at the chance to be the "Band-Aid without the blow jobs". And Rhys is constantly making sure that they still need a keyboardist (whilst shaking his fist at Ness). Ness and I have had a great idea though, they can put him on stage, with the keyboard and everything, dress him all up... but then unplug the keyboard. He would be looking cool, and to the untrained eye it would look like he was actually HELPING, but he won't be! I like it. It is so cold here. I'm really not enjoying this weather AT ALL. Today wasnt too bad for the most part, but when that wind comes up... RUN. God it sucks. I am such a Darwin sook now. This one MORON, Tim, keeps going "Are you STILL cold?!" and is GENUINELY shocked. Mother-fucker this guy is retarded!! I dont even try and explain it to him anymore... I just yell "DARWIN!" in his face. Works most of the time.

OOH! The football is on. I'm going to go and watch the Panthers kick the Dragons' asses! God this is hilarious. 24-0.. Stupid fuckin dragons. They need to DIE!
